C.S. Lewis Festival 2014
C.S Lewis was born in Belfast in 1898, and spent much of his childhood in the Strandtown area in the East of the city.
As one of the most important writers of the 20th Century, his Chronicles of Narnia are some of the best known works in the English language. Additionally, Lewis was an Oxbridge scholar, theologian, essayist and science fiction writer. He was interested in the power of stories to educate, entertain and inspire.
Last year in what is the 50th anniversary we held the first ever C.S. Lewis Festival in November.
This year we will be holding another C.S. Lewis Festival from Thurs 20th - Sunday 23rd November.
