Earlier this year we revealed that there would be seven sculptures coming to the C.S. Lewis Square - The Holywood Arches section of the Connswater Community Greenway.  As part of this process we will be engaging with the public through different art mediums over the next year.
Next month we will be holding a workshop around The Robin Sculpture and would like to invite you to an artistic workshop to help us bring this particular sculpture ‘to life’.

Works continue on construction of the Greenway with paths forming, flood alleviation works and some partial road closures

Our contractor continues to make great progress along the Connswater Community Greenway, with Flood Alleviation works rapidly advancing as flood walls are installed in multiple work sites.

In the Avoniel / Bloomfield area piling works have been completed, piles have been broken out and steel fixing has taken place to allow concreting works to start on the reinforced concrete flood walls. A Redi-Rock wall is also taking shape on the Avoniel Park side of the Connswater River, adding to the areas flood defences.
